Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information CutePromo (“we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. CutePromo is operated by [TODO] Legal company name.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we ask for:
- Your name, business email, and message (required)
- Your company, phone number, state or country, the product you are interested in, estimated quantity, and target delivery date (optional)
If you reply to our emails, for example to send your logo for a free mockup, we also receive what you send.
We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers, or dates of birth, and the site has no user accounts.
Information sent automatically
- With a quote request: the address of the page you sent it from, a request ID that lets us spot duplicate requests, a spam check result, and the source information described below.
- On every visit: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can deliver pages and block attacks.
Source information
When you first arrive, your browser’s local storage keeps a note of how you found us: the address you landed on, the website that sent you, any ad or campaign tags in the link (for example gclid or utm_source), and the time. If you come back later through another link, the most recent source is noted as well. This note stays in your browser for 90 days and is sent to us only if you request a quote. It helps us learn which ads and websites bring us customers.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes and mockups, and follow up on your request
- To keep a record of inquiries and measure which marketing works
- To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and answer your request:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and the quote form, and checks quote requests for spam using signals from your browser and device.
- Airtable stores our inquiry records, including whether our emails to you were delivered.
- Resend sends the email notice of your request to our team and the confirmation email to you, and tells us whether each email was delivered.
- Pushover sends our team a phone alert with only your company name and the product you asked about.
- GitHub runs an internal daily report that reads our inquiry records.
- Our company email provider delivers the emails we exchange with you.
[TODO] Say whether inquiry details (for example your logo, quantity, and date) are shared with factories or suppliers to prepare your quote, and which details.
[TODO] Confirm: “We do not sell your personal information.”
Cookies and similar technologies
[TODO] Confirm in T18 testing (including the spam check): “This site sets no cookies.”
The site uses your browser’s local storage for the source information described above, and session storage to note once that your quote request went through; that note is deleted as soon as it is used. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings, and the site works without them.
[TODO] After analytics is set up (T15) and tested (T18): name each tool (for example Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager), what it collects, the cookies it sets, and how to opt out.
Do Not Track
[TODO] State how the site responds to browser “Do Not Track” signals (depends on the analytics setup).
Other companies
[TODO] State whether any other company collects information about your activity on this site over time and across other websites (depends on the analytics and ad setup).
How long we keep it
[TODO] How long inquiry records and their monthly backups are kept.
Source information in your browser is discarded after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected]. [TODO] Response time, for example “We will respond within 30 days.”
Children
This website is for business buyers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
